He is American Board Certified in Internal Medicine, with medical interests in multiple myeloma and amyloidosis. Dr. Kumar completed medical school and his internship at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. He completed two residencies in Internal Medicine – one at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine and other at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. Dr. Kumar completed his fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine
